Program name: Circle the Day event notifications
Program description
Circle the Day (circletheday.com) helps families and friends find an event day that works for everyone. The program sends event-related text messages: an availability link for an event you were invited to, one nudge if you haven't answered after a day, a confirmation when the event day and time is chosen, a reminder the day before the event, and — for organizers who provide their own number — an alert when everyone has answered.
How consent is collected: double opt-in
No one receives event messages unless they personally opt in by text. When an event organizer adds a person's phone number, that number receives exactly one opt-in confirmation message and nothing else:
Circle the Day: [OrganizerName] invited you to help pick a date for [EventName]. Reply YES to receive up to 4 texts about this event. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy: circletheday.com/privacy
Only if the recipient replies YES does the program send event messages. If they do not reply, no further messages are sent. If they reply STOP, the number is permanently suppressed — even if an organizer adds it again later.

- ⭕ Circle the Day reminder: Dinner at Johns is tomorrow, 5pm–9pm at Johns house. See you there! Reply STOP to cancel.
- ⭕ Circle the Day: Everyone answered for Dinner at Johns! Pick the time and circle the day: circletheday.com/e/XXXX Reply STOP to cancel.

Up to 4 messages per event you're invited to. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you'll receive one confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact physiciansautogroup@gmail.com.
