Circle the Day is a free scheduling tool for coordinating events among family and friends. By using it you agree to these terms.
Using the service
Organizers may only add people they personally know and who expect to be included. Don't use the service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or anything unlawful. We may remove events that abuse the service.
Messages
Text messaging uses double opt-in: adding a phone number to an event triggers a single opt-in confirmation text, and event messages are sent only to recipients who personally reply YES to that message. Recipients can reply STOP to any text to opt out permanently; opted-out numbers are never messaged again, even if re-added to an event. See the text message program for details.
The service is provided as-is
Circle the Day is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed events, scheduling conflicts, or message delivery delays. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.
